Virtual Travel Client Services Coordinator
We are hiring a Virtual Travel Client Services Coordinator to assist clients throughout their travel journey. In this role, you will provide support, share helpful information, and ensure clients feel prepared for their trips.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients via email, phone, and chat
- Assist with reviewing travel plans and confirming details
- Provide information about travel destinations and guidelines
- Follow up with clients before departure Address inquiries and escalate when needed
