Disaster Services Supervisor

- Determine priorities & time schedules; Conduct briefing with local applicants & public officials;
- Provide necessary written guidance for program;
- Coordinate with Administrators of state agencies, departments & federal agencies to ensure quality PA assistance is provided;
- Assign, schedule, & monitor projects to completion;
- Establish priorities & supervise subordinate personnel (e.g., provide developmental opportunities, coach staff to foster development, evaluate performance, interviews, approve section staffing levels, recommend discipline, checks time sheets, approves requests for leave & approves travel request);
- Or 2 yrs. trg. or 2 yrs. exp. in assigned program area (i.e., emergency management, natural resources, environmental science, community planning, public or business administration);
- Or 1 yr. exp. as Disaster Services Consultant 2, 64912;
- Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above.
