Job Title: Manufacturing Associate ($20/hr.)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Manufacturing Associate to join our team. We have openings 2nd Shift (3pm-11pm). This is a temporary position with the potential to become permanent. The role involves manual sorting of bricks, operating a forklift, and other general labor tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manually sort bricks and perform heavy lifting.
• Operate a forklift for a single lift operation.
• Spend approximately one hour sorting bricks on the table and one hour on forklift operations.
• Palletize and unwrap pallets.
• Perform clean-up tasks as needed.

Essential Skills

• 1+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience in machine operation.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting of 50+ lbs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Forklift experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience working outdoors at times.

Work Environment

This role is located in a facility that produces bricks and pavers for construction, which is not temperature-controlled and can become dusty. Approximately 50 people work in production across four shifts. Join a nationwide company with over 80 manufacturing locations and 4,000 employees.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sheffield Lake, OH.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
