Position Overview
Supreme Labor Source, LLC is seeking multiple qualified maintenance technicians that understand plumbing and HVAC maintenance, as drywall and general handyman repairs. This temporary position will support operations at a large residential community in Warrensville Heights, Ohio.
We are looking to hire multiple Maintenance Technicians for a temporary project in Warrensvile Heights, Ohio. Successful candidates will have knowledge of residential building trades, HVAC, plumbing, and general maintenance procedures. Education and TrainingHVAC, CMRP, or equivalent certification will be advantageous. Minimum of three (3) years experience in property maintenance or related work strongly preferred. Education or training in any construction related activity is a plus.
Skills and Abilities- Available for after hours and weekend work when required.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to work as part of a team, including with property managers.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Comprehensive maintenance knowledge and ability to problem solve.
- Pass a background check.
- Employees could be exposed to rain, snow, and extreme heat or cold. Employees should be able to lift items up to 75lbs, climb ladders, and operate machinery for long lengths of time.
