Retail Store Manager Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of daily operations, achieving established business goals
• Recruit, select, and retain qualified employees to ensure the store is always properly staffed
• Provide continuous staff training and development
• Motivate and direct store team to maximize productivity and profitability, communicating daily and weekly store goals
• Promote the highest level of customer service through coaching, training, and role modeling
• Maintain merchandise and visual presentation standards daily
• Uphold all operational policies and procedures
• Buy gently used clothing and accessories to meet company standards

Retail Store Manager Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of previous Store Manager experience in retail, restaurant, or other fast-paced environments
• Strong people management skills
• Sales-driven, goal-oriented, and impeccably honest
• Strong skills in customer service, communication, organization, and time management
• Experience in women’s fashion/clothing retail
