Position Summary Center Manager

The Center Manager is responsible for the operational customer-facing and sales aspects of running the center. This role is ideal for an energetic organized and relationship-focused individual who can lead staff engage families and ensure a smooth and efficient center experience.

The Center Manager builds trust with families drives enrollments maintains strong communication manages administrative tasks and supports a positive environment for both students and staff.

This is a part-time (30 hours) position with the opportunity to become a full-time Center Director.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day center operations to ensure a high-quality experience for students and families

• Build relationships with parents and guardians; provide updates and handle concerns professionally

• Manage incoming leads conduct consultations and drive new student enrollments

• Support center profitability through effective scheduling staffing and administrative oversight

• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care

• Manage staff scheduling communication and performance expectations

• Maintain a clean organized and professional learning environment

• Assist the Academic Manager with ensuring the staff follow the Mathnasium Method while upholding center standards

• Support team motivation culture and employee development

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree preferred

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Previous experience in sales customer service or client-facing roles
  
  
• Experience working with children preferred but not required

• Strong organization and administrative skills

• Ability to lead motivate and manage staff

• Proficiency with computers and software systems

• Positive professional and solutions-oriented demeanor

• Willingness to learn the Mathnasium Method

Compensation: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour

Mathnasium locations are independently owned and operated by franchisees of Mathnasium Center Licensing LLC (Mathnasium). Franchisees are independent business people and not employed by Mathnasium. Thus each franchisee and each franchisee center is unique and the franchisee is alone responsible for all employment matters in their center. If you are hired to work at a center the franchisee will be your employer not Mathnasium.
