Job

Responsibilities:

Project Management & Delivery

• Lead end-to-end project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Track project performance, productivity, and progress against defined objectives.
• Ensure adherence to project governance, processes, and compliance requirements.

Stakeholder & Communication Management

• Facilitate effective communication across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Present project updates to PMO, leadership, and steering committees.
• Collaborate with project sponsors to define budgets and monitor financial performance.

Risk & Issue Management

• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies.
• Resolve project impediments in a timely and effective manner.

Process Improvement & Leadership

• Review project methodologies, designs, and estimates to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and approval requirements.
• Drive lessons learned and implement best practices across projects.
• Lead PMO Council activities and mentor junior project managers.

Value & Performance Management

• Identify project benefits and ensure value realization post-delivery.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements:

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (required)
• Master’s degree or equivalent (preferred)

Experience

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in IT Project Management
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional IT projects
