Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to post-procedure CHS patients and Med/Surg/telemetry patients per physician orders
- Monitor vital signs, telemetry, and lab values; identify changes and report promptly
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and procedures within nursing scope
- Document assessments, interventions, and care plans in the medical record; participate in care coordination
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and communicate with patients and families
- Support patient safety, infection control, and discharge planning

Requirements
- Current RN license in the state of Ohio
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers, American Heart Association
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), American Heart Association
- BSN preferred; magnet-recognized certifications considered
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a rotating day/night schedule
- Eligible to work in a hospital/clinic setting
