Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare, sand, and mask surfaces for painting to ensure high-quality finishes.
• Apply various coatings using rollers, brushes, and spray systems, adhering to all safety and operational guidelines.
• Operate lifts, scaffolding, and other necessary equipment safely, with proper training and supervision.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, ensuring all equipment and materials are properly handled.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with project managers and peers to ensure timely and successful project completion.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe workplace for all team members.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a commercial painter; minimum of 1 year in the field preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of surface preparation, painting techniques, and coating application.
• Ability to operate various painting equipment, including rollers, brushes, and electronic spray systems.
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to high-quality workmanship.
