Job Title: LaborerJob Description

Join a dynamic team as a Laborer at a large-scale manufacturing construction project. This role involves working at the Honda battery plant in Jeffersonville, OH, where you will play a crucial part in moving and setting up equipment. The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 6:30 am to 5:00 pm, with potential Saturdays. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is provided, excluding boots/composite shoes, pants, and high visibility shirts.

Responsibilities

• Uncrate, move, and place machinery used in battery manufacturing.
• Work on an active construction site, requiring prior construction experience.
• Unload, load, and unstuff cargoes from trailers or shipping containers.
• Uncrate, crate, unpack, pack, and move cargoes using manual or powered hand tools and material handling equipment.
• Relocate and roughly set cargoes to designated locations on the production floor using manual or powered hand tools, toe jacks, skates, dollies, pallet jacks, and forklifts.

Essential Skills

• At least 1 year of experience in construction labor, landscaping, farmhand, or related outdoor labor roles.
• OSHA 10 certification is mandatory.
• Comfortable working outside and inside, standing for long periods, and performing physical tasks such as bending, crawling, and walking.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Lift certification is advantageous.
• Experience in general labor, construction, materials handling, and using hand tools.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
