What will you do?

• Supervise daily kitchen operations and ensure food quality, presentation, and safety standards are consistently met.
• Lead and train kitchen staff to maintain a high-performance team and positive kitchen environment.
• Oversee inventory control, including ordering, receiving, and proper storage of ingredients and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation guidelines.
• Handle any kitchen-related issues promptly and professionally.

More about you

• Must be at least 18 or older
• 3-5 years of culinary experience, preferably in restaurants
• Proven experience in a supervisory culinary role, preferably in a scratch restaurant setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations (e.g., ServSafe certification is a plus).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Physical requirements

• Must be able to carry up to 50 lbs
• Standing, walking, bending for the duration of the shift, occasionally pushing and pulling to move equipment, mops, and brooms
• Manual dexterity sufficient to chop, mix, blend, whip a variety of foods and liquids

The 18,500-seat venue is home to the NHL’s Columbus Blue Jackets, and hosts concerts and events.
