Requirements (non-negotiable):
- You've built a sales department from scratch. Inheriting a trained team and efficient store doesn't count.
- If you move, will 4 to 5 salespeople follow? We want the leader who can recruit, but has built enough loyalty that they don't have to.
- Task-oriented. You hold your team accountable without flinching.
