Join Our Team as a Personal Account Manager!
O’Neill Insurance, a rapidly expanding and culture-driven insurance agency in Wadsworth, Ohio, is seeking an experience and motivated Personal Account Manager to join our team of passionate insurance professionals. In this role, you’ll provide exceptional service and personalized guidance to our personal lines clients, helping them safeguard their homes, vehicles, and families. You’ll partner closely with producers to support new business growth, assist clients with coverage options, and play a key role in strengthening long-term relationships.
As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you’ll be part of a supportive, team-oriented environment where your expertise is valued and your professional growth is encouraged. You’ll collaborate with other Account Managers and Account Assistants to ensure a seamless, high-quality service experience that our clients can depend on.
Primary Job Duties:
What You’ll Do
Manage and provide exceptional service to a dedicated book of personal insurance clients
Offer clear, informed guidance on insurance options to help clients make smart protection decisions
Assist clients with renewals, coverage updates, and claims support
Build and nurture long-term relationships through proactive communication and follow-up
Continue building your skills with the support of our continuing education and training opportunities
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2-3 years of personal insurance experience (agency or carrier)
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new concepts, technology, and automation tools
Strong professional communication skills—both written and verbal
Active Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain within 60 days)
