Patient Care Advisor Responsibilities:

  • As a Patient Care Advisor, you will be assisting customers by answering their questions and making them feel welcomed and comfortable.
  • Greets all customers in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner.
  • Maintains quality customer service by establishing and enforcing company standards and handling customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Responsible for processing customers' payments using the dispensary's Point of Sale (POS) system and ensuring the patient has the best experience possible to build positive patient relationships.
  • Assist customers with choosing the right products according to their needs, preferences, budgets, and reactions to different strains of cannabis.
  • Manages inbound phone inquiries and routes calls accordingly.
  • Taking inventory of cannabis products and ensuring that the sales floor is adequately stocked.
  • Promote, coordinate, and support planned promotions and in-store deals to achieve sell-through and re-orders- boosting the brand for our clients and customers.
  • Managing an inventory of compliant promotional swag and material, including in-store vendor day collateral (table, signage, rug).
  • Merchandising retail location with up-to-date displays and promotional materials.
  • Capturing in-store information such as merchandising and branding points.
  • Representing the brand and effectively communicating our value propositions and technical differentiators.
  • Being familiar with all policies and procedures and helping ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Participates in ongoing education and professional development opportunities as needed.
  • Maintain a positive attitude that promotes teamwork.
  • Work collectively and respectfully with other team members.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Required experience, training, or educational requirements shall be as indicated or as deemed acceptable by Elevated Growth Ohio management.

Preferences/Requirements:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree is desirable.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • 21+ years of age
  • 2+ years' experience in a retail, hospitality, and sales setting is required.
  • Proven experience working as a Budtender/PCA preferred.
  • Sound knowledge of cannabis strains and their medicinal benefits.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Outstanding organizational skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Interest in growth within the industry.
  • If necessary, ability to work 7 days per week and to be flexible with schedule.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to sit, stand, stoop, crouch, reach, and lift for long periods of time. Reasonable accommodation(s) may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.

Compensation:

$16-18/hour

Schedule:

  • Weekend and holiday availability required
  • Monday to Sunday
  • 8-10 hour shift
