About the Receptionist Role:
As a Receptionist- Evenings/Weekends, you will be responsible for:
Greeting visitors, patients, and families in a professional and friendly manner
Handling incoming calls, messages, and emails in a timely and courteous manner
Maintaining accurate records and databases, including patient information and scheduling appointments
Assisting with administrative tasks, such as filing, copying, and scanning documents
Providing support to the nursing staff and other departments as needed
Demonstrating a strong commitment to patient-centered care and customer service
Receptionist Requirements:
Prior experience as a receptionist preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work evenings and weekends, with flexible scheduling as needed
