We offer the highest-paying commission structure in the region: a true 30% of gross profit with a guaranteed $300 floor protection "mini" per vehicle. If you have communication skills, an outgoing personality, and the drive to win, we will provide the elite training, advanced digital tools, and massive vehicle inventory to ensure your immediate financial success.

• The Career Changer: You have experience in hospitality, bartending, cell phone sales, server positions, retail management, or customer service and want to finally get paid what you are worth.

What the Role Looks Like:

• Consult: Welcome guests to our state-of-the-art showroom, build a great relationship, and find the perfect vehicle for their lifestyle.

• Educate: Learn the INFINITI crossover and SUV lineup—including next-generation safety tech and luxury performance features—to present them clearly.

• Facilitate: Take clients on test drives, present transparent buying and lease options, and guide them through a smooth delivery process.

• Grow: Build your own lifetime "book of business" using our digital CRM platforms to secure repeat customers and personal referrals.

• Uncapped 30% Commission Plan: Take home nearly a third of the profit on every deal you close. No limits on your earning potential.
