Lawn Maintenance Technician

As a Lawn Maintenance Crew Member, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality landscaping services while working outdoors as part of a supportive and collaborative team. Responsibilities

• Load and secure landscaping equipment on trucks and trailers each morning
• Operate walk-behind mowers, trimmers, and blowers to maintain lawns and landscaped areas
• Plant and care for flowers, shrubs, and trees as needed
• Perform basic maintenance on landscaping equipment
• Keep job sites clean by removing debris, weeds, and trash
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete daily tasks efficiently

Qualifications

• Experience in lawn maintenance, landscaping, or a related field preferred
• Positive, hardworking attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Stamina to walk up to 10 miles a day and operate landscaping equipment

Compensation

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour , based on experience.
