Receptionist/Administrator - Short-term

A Receptionist is needed to work a part-time, short-term position. You will work first shift from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Job Duties:**
- Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the phone and answer or refer inquiries
- Review drop off information with clients and fill out accurate questionnaires
- Add or update client information and book or modify appointments in Outlook
- Listen to client concerns and pass information on to appropriate internal staff
- Process payments
- Maintain a safe and clean reception area and assist with general office duties
Job Requirements:
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED
- Previous reception or customer service experience is preferred
- Must be computer literate with accurate data entry skills; Microsoft Office experience is preferred
- Must have strong math skills
- **Must be able to pay strict attention to detail
- **Must be friendly, personable, honest, and consistent
- Must have the ability to maintain a professional and friendly attitude
- Consistent attendance is required
