Seeking an Office Assistant to join the team. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, computer typing skills, Quickbooks and a positive attitude. In-office employment is required. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: answering phones, accurately entering new service requests into our system, providing customer support via phone and email, invoicing customers, assisting with accounts receivable collections and supporting technicians in the field. Desired work ethics include: reliability, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, ability to multitask and prioritize duties.
