Grounds Technician - Full Time Seasonal (April-Sept 2026) (Cincinnati)

tdgFacilities, Cincinnati, Ohio is looking for a full-time Seasonal Commercial Grounds Technician (April - September 2026) to support one of our customers located in Northern Cincinnati (Sycamore area). This position requires a keen eye for detail and a great attitude combined with a commitment to excellence. Pay Rate : Up to $17 to $20 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7am to 3:30pm (depending on weather)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work courteously with the facilities team and the customer
• Inspect exterior of each property and grounds.
• Prepare grounds for seasonal changes, while working outside in all types of weather.
• Assist with weekly lawn maintenance, mulching, and landscape projects.
• Weed flowerbeds, trim bushes and/or trees to maintain neat appearance and desired shape.
• Provide support for seasonal annual / perineal care, including seasonal color installation and maintenance.
• Safely and properly operate/maintain equipment and tools. Including, gas-powered equipment such as mowers, string trimmers, leaf blowers.
• Other tasks assigned to support ongoing facilities activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 1-year Commercial Grounds/Lawn Maintenance experience.
• Keen eye for detail, organized, and great attitude.
• Ability to self-manage and perform each essential duty beyond satisfaction.
• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Must be able to pass background checks, drug screening.
• Ability to work overtime periodically
