Job Summary -
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Concrete Crew Laborer from $20.00 to $40.00 per hour to join our construction team. In this role, you’ll assist with various tasks involved in pouring, leveling, finishing, and curing concrete for residential, commercial, and/or industrial projects. This is a hands-on, physical job requiring attention to detail, safety awareness, and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities -
- Assist in site prep, including digging, grading, and setting forms
- Load, unload, and move materials and tools to job sites
- Break up existing concrete with hand tools or power tools.
- Remove broken concrete and other debris from work area.
- Helps to pour and spread wet concrete.
- Collects and cleans concrete tools when the job is completed
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Support other crew members and take direction from supervisors
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

- Previous construction or concrete work experience preferred, but not required
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and work on your feet in varying weather
- Comfortable working with power tools, hand tools, and machinery
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must
- Willingness to learn and grow with the team
- Basic understanding of safety practices and ability to follow directions
- Valid Drivers License preferred.
- Ability to work long hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
- Must be willing to travel overnight when projects are outside the local area.
