Responsibilities

  • Hiring: Sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
  • Compensation: Administering pay, benefits, and leave
  • Compliance: Enforcing company policies and practices
  • Onboarding: Managing the onboarding process, including orientation
  • Development: Organizing training and development initiatives, and developing talent management processes
  • Performance: Monitoring employee morale and company culture, and managing the organization's performance management program
  • Records: Maintaining employee personnel records, and complying with relevant laws regarding reporting and records retention

Skills / Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources, business, or related field
  • Proven success working in an HR department
  • Resourceful mindset and strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of PeopleSoft software 
  • Knowledge of national laws and regulations related to employment
