Team Leader - Grove City, Ohio

Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in all aspects of daily store operations and take on leadership responsibilities in their absence.
- Assist with recruiting, selecting, and retaining qualified team members to maintain optimal staffing levels.
- Motivate and direct the store team to achieve productivity and profitability goals, clearly communicating daily and weekly objectives.
- Promote outstanding customer service by coaching, training, and serving as a role model for team members.
- Maintain high standards for merchandise presentation and store appearance.
- Ensure compliance with all operational policies and procedures.
- Evaluate and purchase gently used clothing and accessories according to company standards.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of management experience in retail, restaurant, or other fast-paced environments.
- Sales-driven, goal-oriented, and demonstrates strong integrity.
- Ability to adapt priorities and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent customer service, communication, organizational, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to drive at any time during a shift to complete the store's banking functions
