Our best of breed software application and leading-edge insurance products designed for the Multi-family industry have us poised for exponential growth. We are looking for motivated individuals to help support this growing client base as a Client Success Advocate.
Summary
We are looking for a Client Success Advocate that supports the account management teams. The Client Success Advocate will be a contact point with all departments to ensure clients are supported and their needs are met. You will ensure that communication with existing clients is met, and their needs are supported. Conduct client training with new and existing clients.
What You'll Do (Functions & Responsibilities)
- Update and maintain customer data in CRM
- Email correspondence
- Monthly and custom report generation
- CRM maintenance
- Participate/Lead Client Training sessions
- Support Sales and Account Management Teams
- Corporate contact for Client base
- Work across all Departments to support Client needs
- Assist in onboarding new Clients
- Maintain monthly contact with existing Client base
- Outbound Client calls to drive product adoption
What We're Looking For (Minimum qualifications)
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Basic Excel functionality
- Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment
- Problem solving skills
- Root cause analysis
- Flexibility to transition from one task to another
- Business and organizational skills
- Time management
- Verbal and written communication
- Strong phone etiquette
Education Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent, some advanced study preferred
