Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a CVICU position requiring a minimum of 18 months of recent CVICU experience and an active Ohio or Compact RN license.

Details

• Position is located in a large academic hospital CVICU
• Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (3x12-hour shifts only)
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active OH RN license or Compact state license currently in hand
• Current AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Minimum 18 months of combined permanent experience in CVICU or the applying specialty
• Minimum 18 months of recent CVICU experience required (travel experience accepted)
• Valid driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration
• Two professional references required for consideration

Additional Information

• ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments are completed during orientation; a passing score on both is required
• Traveler must work at least every other holiday
• Assignments at this health system are limited to 18 consecutive months, after which a minimum 6-month gap is required before returning to any location within the same health system
