(Temporary) HR Administrative Assistant Location Cleveland, OH (Puritas-Longmead area) :

Reports To: HR Generalist

Employment Type: Full-Time Temporary Position

Position Overview: The temp HR Administrative Assistant will aid in the administration and support for the HR department.

Essential Job Functions:

• Scan and save Attendance acknowledgment forms.
• Scan all paper employee files (personnel and medical) to HR drive and save them electronically to the Paylocity HRIS system.
• Create Sewing Training folders for new trainees.
• Compile New-Hire Packets.
• Transfer employee performance reviews from ClearCompany performance management system into Paylocity after 2025 performance reviews are completed.
• Download and save all employee data, including W2's, from ADP for Kansas employees.
• Consolidate and organize all Open Enrollment benefit materials.
• Scan and save prior year performance reviews to Paylocity.
• Assist with HR projects as needed.
• Assist committee leads with administrative duties, i.e. note taking during meetings.
• Conduct research as needed.
• Assist with scheduling interviews.
• Provide back-up front desk support as needed.
• Support Safety Manager with the following:
  • Logging and tracking finger guard audit forms.
  • Scanning Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) daily inspection lists.
  • Logging and documenting injury forms.
  • Logging and tracking SUTA forms.
  • Logging and scanning any new training documents.

Non-Essential Job Functions: Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Education & Certifications: High school Diploma or GED required. Some college preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 1-year prior administrative or office experience required. Strong computer skills (Word, Excel) and PowerPoint preferred.
