Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Department (ED)

Location: Cincinnati, OH 45219

Duration: 8 Weeks

Schedule: 3x12-Hour Shifts (Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join a fast-paced Emergency Department. This role requires strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and the ability to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across diverse populations.

The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using evidence-based practices derived from biological, physical, behavioral, social, and nursing sciences. Care delivery emphasizes collaboration between patients, families, and the healthcare team, ensuring culturally competent and age-appropriate treatment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Deliver culturally sensitive, age-specific care
• Adhere to professional nursing standards and ethical guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Diploma in Nursing (BSN preferred)
• Active RN License (Ohio or Compact State)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) – American Heart Association
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) – American Heart Association
