Technical Change Analyst
4910 Tiedeman Road, Brooklyn Ohio The mission of the Change Management process and team is to minimize the negative impact of technical Changes to the KeyCorp Production Environment. This is achieved by validating that all technical Changes are well planned and documented to avoid subsequent outages or incidents. The Change Management process facilitates approvals, scheduling and notification of all technical Changes within KeyCorp Production Environment. The primary responsibility of a Change Analyst is to review Change Records in various stages of the workflow and ensure compliance with Key processes and external regulatory requirements, working with Change Owners to adjust as needed.
Our ideal candidate will be intensely detail-oriented with excellent critical thinking and analytical skills, and a strong ability to multitask and pivot as needed. Job Qualifications include:
Some IT industry experience
ITIL Foundations Certification or relevant job experience preferred
Ability to work independently and be accountable

Adjusts communication to audience Essential Job Functions include:
Monitor & Govern Change Queues via ServiceNow – Review Change Records for compliance to the process and regulatory requirements and see them through the lifecycle
Work with a variety of resources to educate on and enforce the Change Management policies
Review and Approve/Deny Normal and Emergency Changes
Review and Follow-up on Denied Changes
Changes Approaching Approval Lead time
Change Closures and Change Post-implementation Review
Guide and support Change Community via incoming online chat queue
Act as an advisor, advocate, or representative of Change Management in multiple forums
Work with community to improve elevated Change Record content for CAB Change Records
Provide Change Management reports and metrics
Facilitate and actively participate in internal team and Change Community meetings
Participate in Audits of the Change process COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $52,000.00 - $80,000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for incentive compensation which may include production, commission, and/or discretionary incentives.
