Restaurant & Banquet Server/Bartender

We’re seeking an experienced and service-driven Restaurant & Banquet Servers and Bartenders to join our team and help lead the execution of memorable experiences for our guests.

Position Overview:
These positions oversees the setup, service, and breakdown of all banquet functions, ensuring smooth coordination between the banquet, culinary, and catering departments. You will also be cross trained to work in the hotel restaurant. This role requires a hands-on team member who leads by example, delivers polished service, and ensures every event reflects our hotel’s standards of quality and hospitality.

Responsibilities:

• Setup, service, and teardown of events
• Review Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) to confirm setup requirements, timelines, and special requests
• Paticipate in pre-shift meetings to communicate event details and service expectations
• Coordinate closely with our culinary team to ensure flawless service execution
• Maintain a strong presence on the floor, providing direction and assisting guests as needed
• Ensure all guest requests are handled promptly and professionally
• Monitor food and beverage service for accuracy, quality, and timeliness
• Uphold hotel standards for cleanliness, presentation, and safety in all event spaces
• Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment

Qualifications:

• 1 year+ experience in a full-service hotel or event venue
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven ability to multitask, and resolve issues calmly under pressure
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Working knowledge of food and beverage service standards and hospitality protocols
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
