500-ton Press Operator
Pay:
- $17.82 To $24.02 /hour
Responsibilities include:
- Bidders must be able to read and understand Standard Operating Procedures
- Maintain a safe work environment by wearing all PPE
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Efficient operation of production processes
- Maintain production reporting requirements and use IFS and Radley Data Collection for inventory transactions
- Perform quality all dimensional quality checks using gages, calipers and micrometers
- Perform all setup and changeovers for dies and coils
Qualifications and Skills:
- Demonstrate ability to work in a team environment
- Proven experience as a press operator in [printing, metal stamping, plastics, or relevant industry]
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to fulfill the physical requirements of the job including, but not limited to standing, walking, reaching with hands and arms, climbing, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, lifting and/or moving up to 40 pounds and communicating effectively with co-workers
