Customer Support Administrator
- Manage customer inquiry portal and respond to customer needs.
- Collaborate with our field applications, engineering, and product teams to gather necessary information and ensure communication accuracy.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide detailed product information and assistance.
- Work in internal tools like JIRA and Zendesk to enhance customer support experience, and internal communication flow.
- Prepare regular reports on quoting activities and customer support metrics for management review.
- Great customer service attitude, and problem-solving capability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Experience in customer support, quoting, sales support, or a similar role in a technology-driven industry desired.
- Excellent communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
