BrightStar Care of Columbus is seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide hospice and palliative care in home and facility settings. - Provide hands-on nursing care focused on comfort and quality of life
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses
- Observe, document, and report changes in condition
- Collaborate with RN Case Managers and interdisciplinary team
- Support patients and families with compassionate communication
- Follow individualized care plans and ensure HIPAA compliance
- Active Ohio LPN license (required)
- 1+ year of nursing experience (hospice or home health required)
- Strong clinical and documentation skills
- Reliable, compassionate, and patient-focused
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- $31/hour starting pay
- Flexible scheduling (FT, PT, PRN available)
