Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative
Role Description: As a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Manager at Otto Insurance Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and assisting them with their insurance needs. Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about insurance policies
- Process policy changes, renewals, and claims efficiently
- Assist customers with policy-related questions and concerns
- Maintain client records and documentation
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Active insurance license
- Prior experience in customer service or insurance industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office
- Competitive compensation: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year paid semi-monthly
