Licensed Nursing Home Administrator

- Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Active and valid Ohio Nursing Home Administrator License (LNHA) required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Licensed Administrator in a skilled nursing facility
- Proven track record of success in operations, compliance, and team leadership.
- In-depth knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid, state and federal long-term care regulations.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
