Strategic Executive Assistant - Project Management - JP24-19710227
Our client, a tech accessory company, is seeking a highly experienced, proactive Executive Assistant with Project Management experience to support two senior principals. This trusted role ensures executives stay focused on high-value business growth by managing professional and personal logistics and implementing organizational systems. The ideal candidate is intelligent, resourceful, and operates with an entrepreneurial mindset.
*This is a full-time role, onsite in Columbus, OH. *
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement organizational processes, tools, and workflow efficiencies.
- Operate independently, applying critical thinking to solve complex problems and manage timelines.
- Manage dual inboxes, triaging and drafting responses.
- Own complex calendars, ensuring seamless scheduling and logistics.
- Act as liaison with clients, customers, and key stakeholders.
- Retrieve and compile operational data for executive review.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel.
- Schedule personal appointments and oversee home maintenance.
- Manage vehicle logistics and provide airport transportation as needed.
- Organize company events and off-site gatherings.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years supporting C-level or senior executives; experience with multiple principals preferred.
- Skills: Advanced organizational software proficiency, calendar mastery, and adaptability to new systems.
- Mindset: Intelligent, self-directed, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Professionalism: Impeccable discretion and judgment with sensitive information.
