Horizontal Product Manager (Distribution Center Capabilities / ERP)
Position Overview
Seeking an experienced Horizontal Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Distribution Center (DC) capabilities within a large-scale Oracle ERP implementation.
This role serves as the primary liaison between Distribution Center Operations, Supply Chain, Technology, and ERP delivery teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong Product Management expertise combined with hands-on experience in warehouse operations, ERP-enabled supply chain processes, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
The Product Manager will play a critical role in supporting a major Oracle ERP Supply Sync initiative, ensuring distribution center capabilities are standardized, scalable, and aligned with enterprise operational objectives.

Product Strategy & Roadmap
Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Distribution Center ERP capabilities
Align product initiatives with enterprise supply chain goals
Improve warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, and operational performance
Stakeholder Management
Partner with Distribution Center Operations and Supply Chain leaders
Drive alignment across business units and functional teams
Manage competing priorities and facilitate decision-making
Product Delivery
Translate business requirements into product capabilities
Work with ERP delivery teams, engineering teams, and system integrators
Prioritize backlog and roadmap execution
Process & Platform Alignment
Standardize business processes across the DC network
Ensure ERP capabilities support consistent operational execution
Drive adoption across multiple locations and business units
Performance Measurement
Define KPIs and success metrics
Measure product adoption, operational improvements, and ROI
Identify continuous improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications
5+ years of Product Management experience
Experience supporting Supply Chain, Distribution, or ERP-enabled products
Hands-on Distribution Center operations experience
Experience with WMS, Inventory Management, Receiving, Putaway, Picking, Shipping, or Labor Management solutions
Experience managing platform or horizontal products
Strong understanding of ERP-integrated supply chain workflows
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong prioritization and decision-making abilities
