The Opportunity: Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin School, a thriving, coeducational Catholic college preparatory high school sponsored by the Sisters of Notre Dame, seeks a collaborative and engaging Teacher of Theology to support our students as they pursue academic excellence and prepare for lives of leadership and service.

• Professional expertise in linking curriculum, instruction, and assessment, especially as they relate to preparing students for college success
• Competence in theology curriculum, instruction, and pedagogy

• Natural collaborator who is eager to participate in re-envisioning curricula along with other members of the Theology Department

• Willingness and eagerness to support the needs of the school's co-curricular programs

Qualifications:

• All teachers of Theology at NDCL must be practicing Catholics in good standing with the Church
• Undergraduate or graduate degree in theology or education (advanced degree in theology is preferred)
• Appropriate Catechetical License
• Prior teaching experience
• Experience in partnering and collaborating with colleagues and parents
• Willingness to lovingly and enthusiastically work with non-Catholic students in a supportive and respectful manner
