When You'll Work
- Mon–Fri, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM
- Fri–Tue, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Fri–Tue, 11:00 AM–8:00 PM
What the Work Looks Like
- Act as a trusted advisor: inspect, diagnose, and repair residential drain and plumbing issues, then present options so homeowners can choose what’s best for their home.
- Own the drain craft: perform precise diagnostic repairs and drain cleaning on sinks, tubs, and sewer lines; complete work to code and with pride.
- Raise the bar: mentor teammates, share techniques, and help build a stronger service crew.
- Set the standard: keep jobsites clean and organized while following all company policies and guarantees.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of proven drain experience and a growth mindset.
- Hands‑on skill in diagnostic repair and drain cleaning (jetting experience is a plus!).
- Strong communicator who builds rapport and is comfortable using iPad software.
- Self‑starter who thrives independently and contributes to the team’s win.
- Solid understanding of local plumbing codes and how to apply them in the field.
Physical Requirements
- Comfort with extended periods of standing, walking, bending, squatting, sitting, and lifting.
- Ability to speak English and hear clearly to communicate on jobsites.
- Use of arms and hands to signal, grasp, hold, turn, push, pull, and operate tools, materials, and controls.
- Lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs.
- Work at heights; climb ladders and stairs; occasional work from platforms/scaffolding with appropriate fall protection.
- Perform in all weather conditions (heat, rain, cold, wind) while wearing proper PPE.

Company benefits become effective on the first day of the month after 60 days of continuous employment.
