Job Summary
This is a full-time, in-person role based in Columbus, Ohio. We're seeking a driven and highly organized Project Manager who thrives on turning vision into action. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple moving pieces, coordinating strong teams, and ensuring that initiatives are executed with excellence and accountability. We are looking for a collaborative team player who communicates clearly, takes ownership of results, and can confidently work with partners and stakeholders to maintain alignment and trust. Successful candidates will be comfortable working in office settings as well as "in the field" at community events.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience
- Experience working with partners or stakeholders
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar platforms (Monday.com preferred)
