As a Traveling Superintendent, you will be responsible for planning the execution phase of various projects. You will collaborate closely with the operational team to create a comprehensive project plan, ensuring effective execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop a project plan for your phase of work.

• Prepare your team to execute using defined planning processes.

• Ensure project execution goals are met for your portion of work.

• Understand project information and identify obstacles and opportunities for your phase of work.

Essential Skills

• Experience with concrete construction and commercial construction.

• 4+ years of experience with a self-performing general contractor or concrete contractor.

• Self-perform concrete experience is required.

• Experience in commercial and/or industrial projects.

Work Environment

Work as a part of the second biggest concrete contractor in the Midwest. This role involves travel, with all travel expenses, including per diem, lodging, and relocation, covered by the company. You will work on a wide range of project types, including commercial, industrial, and data centers.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Plain City, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $130000.00/yr.

Full medical, dental, and vision insurance. Willing to pay relocation, get truck allowance, phone allowance. Pay for all travel and lodging.

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Plain City,OH.
