- Conduct apartment tours for prospective residencts
- Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits
- Guide prospects through the leasing process from initial contact through move-in
- Process lease applications and related documentation
- Execute lease renewals and resident retention initiatives
- Maintain accurate leasing records within AppFolio
- Provide exceptional customer to current and prospective residents
