Full Stack Engineer (Web3/DeFi)

Location: Remote Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $150K - $250K

We are a venture-backed fintech lab building the next generation of on-chain investing. Our platform is dedicated to long-term, diversified portfolios and automated rebalancing, bringing the safeguards of traditional finance to the world of DeFi. We aim to abstract away the complexities of blockchain, making it possible for anyone to invest in real-world assets (RWAs), stocks, and bonds fully on-chain.

With over 75,000 users already on board and backing from industry leaders like a16z CSX, Coinbase Ventures, and Uniswap Ventures , we are scaling rapidly. We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our lean, high-throughput team. In this role, you will play a critical hand in developing our flagship product, touching every layer of the crypto stack—from backend infrastructure to front-end Web3 UX.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Development: Design and build comprehensive, scalable features for our flagship investing platform.
• Innovative Problem Solving: Tackle unique challenges in declarative trading and vertical finance solutions with creative, well-architected approaches.
• Full-Stack Collaboration: Engage with the entire DeFi stack, including backend infrastructure, on-chain swaps, and seamless Web3 user interfaces.
• Rapid Iteration: Work at the bleeding edge of the industry, moving quickly from concept to deployment without the friction of traditional bureaucracy.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of software engineering experience with a deep focus on full-stack development.
• Web3 Expertise: Familiarity with Viem/Wagmi , permissionless.js/pimlico , SIWE (Sign-In with Ethereum), and ZeroDev Kernel Smart Accounts .
• Backend Skills: Strong proficiency in Node.js (TypeScript) and GCP . Experience with AlloyDB, Axiom, Sentry, or Python-based solvers is a plus.
• Frontend Expertise: Mastery of Next.js , tRPC , TypeScript , and Tailwind + Radix UI . Familiarity with animation and testing tools like react-spring, Vitest, and Synpress is preferred.
• Crypto Native: A genuine passion for DeFi and a desire to push the boundaries of what is possible on-chain. We are looking for mission-driven builders, not "casino" developers.
