Position Overview We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support client relationships, ensure service excellence, and assist with day-to-day communications between clients and internal teams. Key Responsibilities * Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support needs * Maintain strong client relationships through professional communication * Assist clients with service updates, campaign progress, and account information * Coordinate with internal marketing and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction * Schedule appointments, meetings, and follow-up communications * Track customer interactions and maintain accurate account records * Resolve client concerns efficiently and escalate issues when necessary Minimum requirements: Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment * Professional demeanor and problem-solving mindset Compensation & Benefits * Salary Range: $40,000 – $52,000 per year (depending on experience) * Performance-based growth opportunities * Health, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off and holidays * Paid training programs * Career advancement opportunities * Supportive and professional workplace culture
