CDL A Regional Truck Driver - CDL Graduates OK
Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL drivers, including recent driving school graduates, to operate 53' dry van trailers on an Upper Midwest regional account. Candidates will perform 100% no-touch freight operations. Drivers with limited experience will complete an OTR training period with a trainer before transitioning to regional runs.
Compensation and Benefits
- Estimated weekly pay: $1,200–$1,400 (varies by experience and miles)
- Pay per mile: $0.56–$0.64 depending on experience
- Trainee pay: $650 per week for 4–6 weeks of OTR training (for drivers with under 6 months experience)
- Stop pay: $15 per stop
- Monthly bonus: $0.06 per mile for drivers who exceed 9,200 miles in the month, maintain no accidents, and achieve fuel economy of 7 MPG
- Full benefits after 30 days, including medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off
Job Details

Minimum Qualifications
- Must be 21 with Valid Class A CDL.
- Must have fairly clean driving record with no accidents, tickets, or suspensions within the past 5 years
- Cannot have been terminated from last job.
- No DUI's Felonies, Misdemeanors in the last 5 years
- Must have solid 10-year work history with no major gaps of employment outside of school or training. 6 months in the last year and 1 year in the last 3 years max.
- Must be able to pass a Urine AND HAIR pre-employment drug screen
