Job Summary

:Our client, a highly respected full-service law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney to join their team. This position can be based in their Wilmington, DE office or Cherry Hill, NJ office, but requires that the Attorney is licensed to practice law in the State of Delaware

.
Responsibilitie

• s:Oversee and manage all stages of commercial litigation matters from initial case assessment through final resoluti
• onConduct comprehensive legal research utilizing platforms such as LexisNexis, Westlaw, and similar too
• lsPrepare, draft, and review legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements with precision and clari
• tyProvide legal counsel to clients across a wide range of practice areas, including estate planning, environmental law, landlord-tenant matters, family law, securities regulations, personal injury, intellectual property, and immigration l
• awDevelop litigation strategies through effective negotiation and advocacy to achieve favorable client outcom
• esRepresent clients in court proceedings, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement discussio
• nsCollaborate with internal attorneys and staff to deliver comprehensive and strategic legal servic
• esMaintain organized and detailed case files while ensuring compliance with all court procedures and deadlin
• esStay informed on current laws, regulations, and industry trends impacting various legal practice are
