Company solo regional flatbed positions hauling steel pipe and coil loads. Flexible non-forced dispatch. Majority of drivers operate within 46 states with consistent weekend home time Late-model automatic tractors permanently assigned permitted to take home.
Pay & Benefits
- $1500 bonus on first paycheck
- 27% load percentage $1400$1600 average weekly gross
- Top performers reach $1800$2000
- $40 extra every time you tarp a load
- Layover pay $50 (after 24 hours)
- Detention pay $16/hour after 2 hours
- Quarterly safety and clean inspection bonus
- $300 weekly non-taxable per diem

Requirements
- Valid CDL A & minimum 22 years of age
- 12 months verifiable flatbed experience in past 5 years
- Documented steel pipe or coil securement experience (coil hauling strongly preferred)
- Proficient with tarps straps chains and binders
- No DUI/DWI convictions in the last 5 years
- No violations in FMCSA Clearinghouse
- Pre-employment urine drug screen required
