We are currently seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as a critical point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be empathetic, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, solution-driven environment.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal ticketing systems
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying concerns, identifying the cause, and offering effective solutions
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolution steps
Collaborate with internal departments to escalate and resolve complex issues
Educate customers on product features, updates, and usage best practices
Follow communication procedures and guidelines to uphold company standards
Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing assigned tasks and sharing improvement ideas
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
1–2 years of experience in customer service or support roles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude
Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy
Proficient in using customer service software, CRMs, and basic office applications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
