Position Summary

The Full-Time Teacher's Aide supports classroom teachers in delivering high-quality instruction while serving as a faith-centered role model for students. This position involves working directly with students, assisting with instructional materials, and helping maintain a safe and orderly learning environment that honors Christ.

Key Responsibilities

● Support teachers with classroom instruction and daily activities.

● Work one-on-one or in small groups with students who need additional help.

● Help prepare materials and maintain an organized classroom environment.

● Supervise students during lunch, recess, and transitions.

● Uphold and model the school's Christian values and code of conduct at all times.

Qualifications

● High school diploma or GED required; college coursework in education a plus.

● Experience working with children in any capacity.

● Genuine Christian faith and alignment with the school's mission and values.

● Patient, dependable, and an effective team player.

● Ability to pass required Ohio BCI and FBI background checks.
