Findlay Country Club is seeking an experienced, service-oriented Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a professional club environment where member relationships, service standards, and consistency matter.
Position Summary
The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages while delivering attentive and polished service to members and guests. This role contributes to a welcoming and engaging social atmosphere while maintaining the club’s high standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Provide professional, attentive service to members and guests
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
- Verify age requirements and comply with all state liquor laws
- Process member charges and payments accurately
- Monitor alcohol consumption and promote responsible service
- Assist with setup and breakdown for events and private functions
- Restock supplies and maintain sanitation and safety standards
Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience required; country club or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Professional appearance and positive demeanor
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- TIPS certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Schedule
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available
- Evenings, weekends, and holidays required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
- Frequent reaching, bending, and movement behind the bar
