DESCRIPTION
Own vision and prioritization of new features and enhancements to a product and help translate business needs into prioritized user stories and acceptance criteria. Accountable for value delivery at the power-cell level. Ensure product investments are successful throughout product lifecycle. Shape the power-cell vision/roadmap and lead the power-cell in delivering solutions oriented around business impact. Shape and prioritize backlog, utilizing understanding of customer needs, and translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria. Balance business value with technical feasibility while prioritizing features, optimizing cost and improving delivery efficiency. Oversee and drive completion of user acceptance training. Coordinate with Information Security teams to ensure that systems meet company standards for security, compliance and data privacy. Accountable for shaping and hitting power-cell OKRs. Participate in release planning, sprint planning and demos with stakeholders. Interact with other power-cell within the Product as part of synchronization ceremonies to implement cross power-cell tasks. Manage systems and tools to enable user interactions and collaboration. Lead cross-functional self-organized power-cells. Manage a product backlog/release plan, track team level metrics, and remove blockers (burndown chart, release burn up). Define success metrics, instrument products to capture and measure outcomes that align to product strategy and business goals. Write metrics instrumentation for engineering implementation. Incrementally evolve a product through iterative agile processes to achieve fit for user needs. Create a Product Requirements Document of the product to capture requirements, and work with UI/UX to define wireframes. Collaborate with technology experts and team members to deliver valuable and feasible solutions through coordinated release cadences. Write user stories, lead backlog refinement and standup, answer product questions, and make tradeoff decisions. Lead the creation of a launch plan by collaborating with other teams for effective product growth and adoption, tracking user feedback and aligning stakeholders on a launch strategy. Represent the voice of the customer with respect to digital product features. Accountable for technical solution and value delivery. Work closely with Senior Product Managers to establish the product’s business value and support messaging, communication and customer outreach as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Positions require a Master’s degree in Information Technology, Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field and 3 years of experience as an IT Project Coordinator, Technology Analyst, or related position. Alternatively, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field and 6 years of experience as an IT Project Coordinator, Technology Analyst, or related position. Experience to included: Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria; Drive completion of user acceptance training; Ensure systems meet security, compliance and data privacy standards; Shape power-cell OKRs; Release planning and sprint planning; Synchronization ceremonies to implement cross power-cell tasks; Product backlog/release plan; Iterative agile processes; Capture product requirements and define wireframes; Launch plan and launch strategy creation; Voice of the customer.
